We do our best to describe each item as accurately as possible, but it is possible to make mistakes.  Most of our used items come from barn sales, individuals, estate sales, etc. so they have not been personally used by us unless stated.
If item is new with tags, then it is a new, never used item.
If item is new (other), then it has never been used but has been displayed so may have dirt, show signs of wear, etc,
If item is used, it is a used item with normal signs of wear from use.  This may include dirt, hair, scratches, nicks, pulled stitching, etc.
Please include pictures as part of the description as the pictures can normally tell you more than we can.  PLEASE ask questions before buying, and we will do our best to answer as quickly and honestly as possible.
If however, you see the item has not been described accurately, please contact us.
